ERG debuts the FTSE MIB Index

Genoa, 29 November 2022 – Today ERG has entered the FTSE MIB Index, the primary index of Euronext Milan, the regulated market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., composed of the largest 40 Italian stock exchange by liquidity and trading volume that covers approximately 80% of the domestic market capitalisation.

Edoardo Garrone, Chairman of ERG, commented: “We are very pleased and proud to see ERG enter the FTSE MIB, coming 25 years after the IPO of the Group in 1997, at a launch price corresponding approximately one tenth of its current value. Its inclusion in this index recognises our industrial strategies and represents an incentive to pursue our growth trajectory focused on the development of our RES portfolio to proactively contribute to the energy transition process, and creating value for all of our stakeholders”.
