Sustainability Reporting

We combine business and sustainability and communicate this commitment through our periodic reports, which enables us to enter into transparent and sincere dialogue with our stakeholders.

This 2024 edition is the ERG Group’s 18th Sustainability Statement, as well as the first drawn up in compliance with the requirements of the new CSRD (Corporate sustainability statementing Directive) and the related ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards), the final version of which was approved by the European Commission on 31 July 2023 and introduced into Italian law on 10 September, with the publication in the Official Gazette of Italian Legislative Decree no. 125/2024 (hereinafter, “Decree”).
