Management Systems

Management Systems are the organisation and control structure through which the ERG Group systematically defines, implements and monitors objectives related to:

• Environment
• Occupational health and safety
• Quality

All company processes are developed and improved in accordance with the HSE&Q Policy, which is based on the general principles described in the Code of Ethics, the Sustainability Policy and the Human Rights Policy.

Recognised International Standards

The Management Systems comply with the following standards:

• ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management
• ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety
• ISO 9001:2015 for quality

The implementation and continuous improvement of the Management Systems are coordinated by the HSE&Q department, which regularly verifies their effectiveness through:

• Internal audits
• Audits conducted by external certification bodies
• Monitoring of specific performance indicators

HSE Certification Coverage as of 31 December 2024

At the end of 2024, the coverage of HSE certifications on Group assets is as follows:

• Environmental certification (ISO 14001): 76% of installed capacity
• Quality certification (ISO 9001): 61% of installed capacity
• Health and safety certification (ISO 45001): 76% of installed capacity and 97% of the Group’s people

With regard to ISO 45001 certification (health and safety), the Group has achieved 100% coverage in countries where it is strategically necessary or where maintenance is internalised, thereby ensuring integrity for both the total installed capacity and the personnel involved.

These results demonstrate our ongoing commitment to consolidating and improving an integrated HSE system aligned with operational needs, the highest international standards and strategic objectives.
