In eligible locations, employees can access public transportation support, while private parking spaces are available at our Genoa office.

In collaboration with labor unions, we uphold the Solidarity Leave Bank. This program is funded through voluntary donations from employees, supplemented by company contributions, and is accessible to employees facing serious personal circumstances who have exhausted their contractual leave entitlements.

Agile Work, or remote working, is a flexible work arrangement that promotes a balance between personal and professional life, addressing individual and family needs while actively contributing to environmental sustainability.

This model is available to employees whose roles, based on specific organizational and operational criteria, are compatible with being performed in alternative locations to the usual workplace.

Participation in Agile Work is voluntary, allowing for up to eight days per month. The right to disconnect is ensured to prevent the risk of excessive workloads.

To foster greater inclusivity and support for personal and family needs, two additional days are provided for the care of minor children or relatives with disabilities.

Furthermore, in the event of weather alerts, employees in affected offices can opt for Agile Work, helping to reduce travel-related risks and ensuring worker safety.

We provide the opportunity to build a supplementary pension through the contractual supplementary pension fund.

We ensure life insurance coverage for all employees, offering financial protection in the event of death due to illness.

For business trips, a comprehensive travel insurance policy is in place, covering accidents, medical expenses, and damages to both personal and company property.

In Italy, following the 2023 labor agreement, employees can convert their Performance Bonus (PDR) into welfare goods and services through Flexible Benefits. This allows for a personalized welfare package tailored to individual needs.

We have also established agreements for credit cards with favorable terms and discount programs, offering benefits across a wide range of products and services.

The reward system recognizes each individual's contribution, based on their organizational position, skills, and seniority, which are reflected in our personal titles: Specialist, Professional, Manager, Senior Manager, and Director.

For each personal title, a specific mix of fixed and variable compensation is guaranteed.

Fixed Compensation: Aligned with the role and in line with the best market players, regulated in Italy by the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the electrical sector.

Variable Compensation: Involves participation in ERG's success through collective plans (such as the Performance Bonus in Italy) and rewards individual performance through specific performance plans.

At ERG, physical and mental well-being, along with the joy of coming together, are the foundation of our ERG for Sport activities. We encourage participation in international sporting events and sponsor involvement in sports competitions with a focus on solidarity.

To motivate and support academic dedication and outstanding achievements, we offer scholarship awards to children of employees who achieve top grades.
