  1. What is Talent Acquisition?

Talent Acquisition is an activity focused not only on the present but especially on the company's future. It is not just simple recruiting but proactive scouting and acquisition of the best talents on the market, so they can join the team at the right time and contribute to the company’s growth.

  2. What do you like about your job?

Daily contact with talents, values, stories, dreams, and projects is a constant source of personal and professional enrichment. Our work consists of listening and observing, but it also requires a good dose of curiosity and sincere interest towards candidates, who surprise and stimulate us every day, giving us the right energy to improve and give our best in our work.

  3. What do you like about ERG?

Dynamism and sense of belonging. ERG is a dynamic environment that, if embraced, allows continuous growth. Interpersonal and intercultural relationships are daily sources of inspiration, and the transformation of the business (from an oil refining company to a leader in renewable electricity production) makes ERG a constantly evolving context, never the same as itself, where at all levels there is a deep sense of pride for every achievement reached.

  4. What advice would you give for writing a CV?

Organize your ideas, prefer chronological order, and do not forget to choose a font and layout that are easy to read and smooth to follow. Lastly, but importantly: let the CV truly speak about you, make sure it reflects your personality and strengths, giving space to a brief description and highlighting what makes you suitable for the role.

  5. And for an interview?

Keep your goal in mind and be yourself: the interview is a meeting moment, an opportunity to get to know each other and create opportunities. Support the interview as yourself, do not play a role that is not yours, and above all, use your talent in the work that really fits you and that can lead you to achieve your goals and desired satisfactions!

  6. What would you say to those seeking new opportunities today?

The world of work is constantly evolving, companies' needs evolve, as do people's needs. Do not get discouraged by this: stay informed, find your space, let yourself be carried along but never forget your goals. It’s all about being in the right place at the right time: when it happens, will you seize your opportunity?
