People engagement has always been one of ERG Group’s top priorities. Sharing values, evolving the company culture in line with our strategy, and understanding both short- and long-term objectives are essential to achieving business results, while also fostering professional satisfaction, personal purpose, and individual well-being.

The two pillars of People Engagement are:

  • Strategic Alignment, based on access to information, continuous and timely updates on projects and results, and the opportunity to interact directly with Top Management and colleagues.
  • Belonging, which strengthens the sense of inclusion and purpose by fostering awareness of the impact that working at ERG can have: contributing to the just transition and building a more sustainable world, while enhancing one’s personal purpose alongside the company’s. It is rooted in creating an inclusive and safe environment where everyone can express themselves and grow both professionally and personally.

Tools for Strategic Alignment

Intranet ERGate: The access point to all corporate information and Group news, featuring both static and dynamic content.
Weekly Smart News: A newsletter written by employees, providing insights on business topics, ESG, HSE and D&I matters, and the energy market landscape.
Question Time: A space for direct dialogue between employees and Top Management on the energy market, the Just Transition, and Group growth.

Belonging Initiatives

  • Training programs focused on defining one’s personal purpose
  • Programs to enhance personal effectiveness and promote employees as ERG value ambassadors for the Just Transition
  • Mentorship, testimonial, and ambassadorship initiatives for the Next Generation and selected professional communities
  • Corporate events (some open to families) designed to foster teamwork, strengthen the sense of belonging, and promote ERG’s workplace culture

  • 1 Group Meeting for Key Leaders (77 participants)
    Dedicated to discussing the strategic plan and the new Group Leadership Model.
  • 2 Question Time sessions:
    • June 5 (345 connections between employees and meeting rooms)
    • November 18 (416 connections between employees and meeting rooms)
  • 1 Purpose Day, for discovering or updating personal Purpose, open to all employees and aligned with ERG’s corporate Purpose
  • 10 Mentors, 10 STEM Role Models, 15 School Ambassadors
  • All Group employees involved in live events across local offices for the Year-End celebrations, plus 1 live-streamed session
  • ERG4sport: Madrid Marathon, Charity Program Relay Marathon Milan, Sellaronda Bike Day
