Poland: 36 MW Laszki wind farm begins operations
Genoa, 24 October 2022 – ERG has announced that the Laszki wind farm in the southeast county of Jarosław is now operational.
The wind farm, developed and built internally, counts 18 Vestas V100 turbines of 2.0 MW each and will have a total installed capacity of 36 MW and overall production of around 90 GWh per year, avoiding the emission of 76 kt CO2 every year.
The wind farm will benefit from a regulated tariff, indexed to inflation, for a duration of 15 years starting from commercial operation.
Paolo Merli, CEO of ERG, commented: “The commissioning of the Laszki wind farm in Poland, follows that of Piotrkòw, which came into operation in July of this year, bringing the total installed capacity in the country to 142, in line with our renewable portfolio growth and geographical diversification targets.”
