Perfezionata l’acquisizione di un parco eolico da 43,2 MW in Scozia

Genoa, 16 January 2025 – ERG, through its subsidiary ERG UK Holding Ltd, has acquired today from a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. AG the entire share capital of BayWa r.e. UK (Jubilee) Limited, company that holds Broken Cross Wind Farm Limited, owning a 43.2 MW onshore wind farm in South Lanarkshire, Scotland.

Additional transaction terms and details are outlined in the press release dated 20.12.2024, when the agreement was announced.
