Giovanni Mondini - Confindustria

The Meeting of associated companies has elected Giovanni Mondini Chairman of Confindustria Genoa for the 4-year period 2017-2021.

According to the new Chairman, Representation and Identity will be the two cornerstones of the new team's work. The Association is tasked with catalysing and fostering cooperation between the public and private sectors in order to promote investment that helps develop and improve the standard of living in local communities, and to engender a widespread sense of belonging to the associated companies of which it is formed.

Enterprise is the engine of the economy that can guarantee the future employment of our community through the redevelopment of the Port and the development of the High-Tech, Tourism and Culture, and Healthcare sectors. To this end, Infrastructure and Logistics are key areas. "A Genoa that can become a pioneering test bed for a newer, more modern and more effective way of building networks" is the goal of Giovanni Mondini.
