Learning, Innovation and Energy: ERG at the Learning More Festival 2026
ERG is a partner of the Learning More Festival 2026, promoted by Future Education Modena, an event dedicated to lifelong learning across schools, universities and organizations.
From 20 to 22 February in Modena, we will contribute to highlighting how education, skills and innovation are key drivers of the energy transition.
What will ERG contribute to the festival?
On Friday, 20 February, at the Guarino Guarini Institute, Giuseppe Consentino, Head of Business Development Italy, will share ERG’s transformation journey from an oil & gas group to a 100% renewable operator, discuss evolving energy scenarios and outline the new professional skills required by the transition.
An opportunity to provide practical career guidance to students, developed together with FEM through scientific storytelling and direct dialogue with the business world.
What is the role of ERG Academy?
In the afternoon, at DOME Sant’Eufemia, Marzia Bonifacio, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & People Engagement, will join the panel dedicated to corporate academies, presenting the ERG Academy model and its contribution to continuous skills development.
What are the themes of the weekend?
On Saturday and Sunday, the focus will shift to the “Future of Work” and the “School of Energy”, featuring workshops for primary and secondary school teachers to explore educational pathways related to the energy transition.
We strongly believe in these opportunities for dialogue. For ERG, it means contributing to the spread of scientific culture, awareness and green skills, starting with younger generations and building, together with schools, universities and organizations, an educational ecosystem capable of supporting long-term change in the energy sector.
