ERG Green Bond Report 2024

Genoa, 10 June 2025 – The 2024 Green Bond Report concerning the bonds issued in September 2020 (subsequently reopened in December 2020), September 2021 and June 2024, under the Euro Medium Term Notes Programme, destined to finance projects pertaining to the generation of energy using renewable wind power and solar power sources and to store energy using Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) (see PRs dated 9/4/2020, 12/15/2020, 9/8/2021 and 6/26/2024), is publicly available at the Company's head office at Via De Marini 1, Genoa, on the Company's website (www.erg.eu) in the section "Investor Relations/Debt", at the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the eMarket Storage authorized storage mechanism (www.emarketstorage.it).

The 2024 Green Bond Report is in keeping with ERG S.p.A.'s commitment to report annually on the utilization of proceeds from the above-mentioned bonds, which as at 31/12/2024 were fully allocated.
