ERG ottiene 5 stelle con un punteggio di 98/100 dal rating ESG GRESB. Assegnato da S&P Global il punteggio di 75/100: migliorato di 8 punti il risultato del 2023

Genoa, 10 Oct. 2024 - GRESB, the international rating agency that evaluates companies’ ESG performance globally, awarded ERG an overall score of 98/100, ranking it second in Europe in the ‘Onshore Wind Power Generation’ sector. The Group also received five stars, the highest award for ESG performance. Each year, GRESB analyses and compares companies' results internationally, providing global investors with essential information to help them assess sustainability performance.

ERG also received 75/100 in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) Score, an eight-point improvement over 2023 (67/100). This result places the Group well above the average for the Electric Utilities sector (35/100). Every year, the S&P CSA measures the ESG performance of over 13,000 companies worldwide, analysing sustainability issues, including Business Ethics, Climate Strategy, Community Relations, Human Capital Management, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).

These two significant awards confirm ERG’s leadership in the energy transition. The Group remains focused on developing a tangible sustainability strategy. Alongside ensuring solid economic results, this strategy will positively impact all stakeholders while respecting the environment and promoting social well-being through transparent and responsible governance.
