ERG e Statkraft siglano un accordo per la fornitura di oltre 800 GWh di energia eolica in Italia

Genoa, Milan, 20 July 2026 – ERG, a leading independent producer of electricity from renewable sources, through its subsidiary ERG Power Generation S.p.A., and Statkraft, Europe’s largest generator of renewable energy, announce the signing of a 7-year financial Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), effective from 1 January 2027.

The agreement is structured as a pay-as-produced contract and covers the supply of approximately 118 GWh per year of electricity, together with an equivalent volume of Guarantees of Origin, generated by ERG’s wind farms in Southern Italy, which are already built and operational.

Paolo Merli, Chief Executive Officer of ERG, commented: "This agreement, signed with a leading European energy company, further enhances the visibility of our revenue stabilization strategy. Thanks to this latest PPA, the Group has now exceeded 3.8 TWh per year of contracted energy over the last five years."
