ERG at 4W4I 2023

Genoa, 12 October 2023 - For the first time this year, ERG is participating in 4Weeks 4Inclusion, an initiative created by TIM dedicated to inclusion, which will take place from 12 October to 14 November involving 400 partners.

This is a marathon of digital events, open to all individuals who wish to participate, organized by a large alliance of companies and associations that operate in completely different sectors or are even competitors but have chosen to come together to share stories of inclusion and give visibility to all forms of diversity and the most virtuous ways to empower every person in life and work.

We proudly join this common declaration of values to ensure the right for everyone to be different, to express themselves both inside and outside the workplace, with the goal that no one is left behind.

The schedule includes over 300 streaming digital events, which are free and open to all individuals who wish to participate and can be accessed on the website www.4w4i.it and through the App4W4I, which allows, through the radio function, the option to access content as podcasts.

The relay of four weeks begins today, Thursday, 12 October, with the inaugural event "Anatomy of Inclusion" from 16:30 to 19:00, in which Monica D'Ascenzo, a journalist from Il Sole 24 Ore, will outline the main contents that will characterize the 2023 edition.

Save the date! On Monday, 16 October from 15:05 to 16:00, the ERG-sponsored event “Inclusione in azione: responsabilità individuale e collettiva” will be broadcast.
