Genoa, October 28, 2024 – In relation to recent media news flow, ERG Group clarifies that, following a warning received in 2023 which indicated potentially very serious events for the company, it conducted and completed an investigation in the following months in accordance with its Whistleblowing Guidelines. These guidelines, approved by the Board of Directors, are aligned with market best practices.

In carrying out this activity, the company believes it has acted in full compliance with the law and its corporate policies and remains fully available to the investigating authorities.
