Fabio is involved in ICT Integration. This role means helping the company function more effectively by understanding processes, workflows, and the properties of application pillars, and by enabling new functionalities through their cooperation. It might seem like a technical role, somewhat distant from sustainability and energy transition topics, but every piece is essential in the journey toward carbon neutrality.

“I’ve had the opportunity to work on successful projects that have helped me grow both personally and professionally. Even Fabio has faced challenging moments, which he tackled with determination.

“I’ve been working in IT for nearly 20 years, and there are countless stories to tell. Deadlines and project deliveries, seeking internal customer satisfaction, organizing a team to achieve goals, motivation, and budget—these are the key themes that have accompanied me through the good and bad times. Dark moments should never be faced alone; sharing them with the team and those you work with every day is crucial.”

All of this has contributed to his personal and professional growth, ultimately leading him to ERG.

“My initial contact with an HR services company was discreet. Very quickly, I had the chance to sit down with the ERG Talent Acquisition and ICT teams. The interview was very pleasant, and I felt a strong alignment with all the parties involved. Soon after, I had the final interview with HR, which focused on ensuring a fit with the company.
