1.What is Talent Acquisition?

Talent Acquisition is an activity oriented not only to the present, but above all to the future of the company. It is not a simple recruiting activity but proactive scouting and acquisition of the best talent on the market, so that they can join the team at the right time and contribute to company growth.

2.What do you like about your job?

Coming into daily contact with talents, values, stories, dreams and projects is a constant source of personal and professional enrichment. Our job consists of listening and observing, but we must add a good dose of curiosity and sincere interest in the candidates, who know how to surprise and stimulate us every day, giving us the right boost to improve and give our best in our work.

3. What do you like about ERG?

Dynamism and sense of belonging.ERG is a dynamic environment which, if well received, allows for continuous growth. Interpersonal and intercultural relationships are a source of stimuli every day, and the transformation of the business (from an oil refining company to a world leader in the production of electricity from renewable sources) makes ERG a constantly evolving context that never stays the same, and in which a deep sense of pride is felt at all levels for each goal achieved.

4. What tips would you give for writing a CV?

Put your ideas in order, favour chronological order, and don't forget to choose an easily readable and scrollable font and layout. A last aspect, but no less important: let the CV really speak about you, make it reflect who you are and your strengths, giving space to a brief description that highlights what makes you suitable for the role.

5.What about an interview?

Keep your goal in mind and be yourself: the interview is a moment of meeting, an opportunity to get to know each other and create opportunities. Do the interview as you are, don't pretend to be what you aren't, and above all, take advantage of your talent in the job that's really right for you and that can lead you to achieve your goals and desired success!

6.What would you like to say to those who are looking for new opportunities today?

That the world of work is constantly evolving; the needs of companies evolve, just like the needs of people. Don't let it get you down: stay informed, find your space, let yourself get carried away but never forget your goals.
