    Education: technical school leaver's certificate.
  • WTG MAINTENANCE
    I carry out the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities allocated to me by my WTG MAINTENANCE UNIT on the assigned turbines in accordance with best practices and applicable regulations.

    Skills: initiative, problem solving.

    Knowledge: turbines, HSE regulations, qualified to work at height, driving license, ability to apply maintenance techniques. Education: technical school leaver's certificate.     
  • TECHNICAL MANAGER
    I manage the technical activities of the wind farms in the area of competence (ERG and/or of third-party clients) with particular focus on the supervision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work carried out by maintenance companies. Skills: initiative, problem solving, analysis and planning skills.

    Knowledge: turbines, HSE and administrative regulations, driving licence, project management. Engineering.

    Education: Engineering / engineering management.
  • PRODUCTION OPTIMIZATION
    I guarantee the efficiency of the main components of the wind turbines. I guarantee maximum availability through specific diagnostics activities.

    Skills: mechanical engineering. Analysis and planning skills.

  • FEASIBILITY ENGINEERING
    I analyse the energy resource identifying the best layout configuration with the aim of maximising the production of the plant through the choice of the most suitable type of machine. I plan electricity grid connection solutions estimating the investment costs on the basis of the due diligence documentation.

    Skills: initiative, problem solving, ability to summarise and analyse regulatory, technical and financial constraints, planning skills. Engineering, project economics, project management.

  • MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
    I support the Heads of Operations in the electrical and mechanical, executive and maintenance planning of maintenance and development investments.

  • CIVIL ENGINEERING & PERMITTING
    I guarantee the executive civil planning of maintenance and development investments and support the Heads of Operations in defining the civil engineering maintenance procedures of the individual plants.

    Skills: problem solving, ability to interpret the operating requirements of plants, project management. Civil engineering, authorisation procedures, technical regulations for structural calculations.

  • TRADING & OPTIMIZATION
    I carry out electricity and gas trading activities, operating on physical and financial products in the Forward/Futures markets, including hedging, in line with the company policies and the fossil fuel supply contracts, maximising the Company's contribution margin.

    Skills: energy markets, energy trading instruments, platforms and mechanisms, network code, statistics, ability to analyse and summarise, problem solving and focus on results.

    Education: engineering, economics.
  • SHORT TERM ANALYSIS
    I develop short-term electricity production plans, requirement and price forecasts, and I carry out the market analysis necessary for Energy Management activities.

    Skills: energy market, electricity market simulation models, economic decision-making models for planning electricity production, ability to analyse and summarise, problem solving.

  • BIDDING
    I make offers relating to the capacity of the generation portfolio of ERG and third parties on the energy spot markets and the dispatching market. I am also responsible for the procurement of natural gas and the management of Consumption Units.

    Skills: energy markets, generation plants (Wind, Hydro and Thermo, Solar), production planning techniques and models, initiative, problem solving.

  • VENDOR MANAGER
    I support the Manager in the management of supplier selection, qualification and assessment processes.

    Skills: Supplier assessment techniques and methodologies, vendor rating techniques and methodologies, tenders, audits at supplier sites, reference purchasing markets, analysis of accounts, analytical skills, problem solving and focus on results.

    Education: Degree in Engineering (management/mechanical), Economics or equivalent university training.
  • BUYER
    I guarantee the procurement of goods and services according to the needs of the Group, ensuring effective, efficient and prompt purchasing processes and optimising the relationship between the cost and total value of supplies.

    Skills: Audits at supplier sites, management of purchasing processes, English, reference purchasing markets, methodologies for assessing offers, SAP, negotiation techniques, techniques and models for analysing acquisition costs, technologies and methodologies for analysing purchases, analytical skills, problem solving and focus on results.

    Education: Economics-related subjects and/or equivalent studies.
