To create the conditions to rapidly become independent and to be able to turn talents, skills and motivation of new colleagues into results: this is the goal of our onboarding process.
The Human Capital team works with the People Manager to design a process to learn about ERG, the tools available, the key stakeholders, organising both formal meetings (meetings, interviews, mentoring) and informal meeting (luncheons, sports events...) to welcome and quickly orient our new person.
A person's first day at ERG is fundamental for us: We agree on the onboarding plan, but most importantly we try to make the new colleague feel a part of a team, and to get to know each other, not only "professionally", but as "complete individuals".
After the initial orientation stage, ERG provides "Induction Seminar" sessions: 4 days dedicated to the values, the culture, but also to the company's assets, our overall vision of its processes and strategy, conveyed by the voice and the experience of senior colleagues and by visits to our facilities.

So that every new hiring feels part of the ERG team from their very first day, when they join our company each one receives a real digital kit with "essential" information (Code of Ethics, corporate profile, organisation, pass), together with a "live" welcome speech from our Chairman.
