We have just redesigned our training offer chapter, subdividing it into 7 areas. Keywords: future, talent, quality management behaviour.

 
We strive to turn ‘effective' behaviour into ‘habits' to be shared, in order to accelerate the diffusion of our culture and management model. Our training is guided by our rich diversity: the courses are attended by staff from all our offices, from every business area, colleagues with different professional experiences and histories, all age ranges and contexts; sharing approaches and points of view is a vital and enriching process at ERG.

It is one of the hallmarks of our group and we intend to continue developing it.
