At ERG, we believe that exchanging feedback is crucial for achieving results, for developing new ideas and... for growing!
Feedback is part of the annual performance evaluation processes, of the potential evaluation. It is all-encompassing in some growth or training paths, but above all it is fundamental and widespread in daily work.
Being able to see ourselves through the eyes of others opens up to everyone the possibility of improving our work, of developing more effective relationships.
Giving and asking for honest and detailed feedback takes time, confidence, and the ability to do it. It is an attitude that we continue to foment and support through the training paths.
