20 February 2020 – The 2020 annual Italian conference to present the results of the survey carried out by Potentialpark, the Swedish company that specialises in Employer Branding and in particular the Online Candidate Experience, was held on Tuesday 18 February at the BNP Paribas head office in Milan.
This annual appointment is an opportunity for the HR and Communications Teams to discover Online Communication trends, share best practices and monitor the career-related performances of corporate websites, social networks, mobile responsiveness and the application system.
During the conference, ERG was highlighted as a "Success Story" and, interviewed by Federico Consolini of Potentialpark, Marzia Bonifacio, Head of Talent Management and Compensation, described our experience with regard to the definition of the ERG Employer Value Proposition, the international positioning we are giving our channels and the working method of the cross-functional team dedicated to employer branding.
For the 2020 edition ERG was named "Best Climber" in the overall European rankings, rising from 141st in 2019 to 21st, and came 4th in the general Italian rankings behind Ferrovie dello Stato, L'Oreal and Hera Group.
As confirmed by the Lundquist analysis, the ERG "Careers" section is a benchmark model on the Italian market, coming in 3rd place behind Ferrovie dello Stato and Hera.
The rankings, which include leading Employer Branding companies, are determined on the basis of an audit of the channels and interactions performed during the autumn and thanks to the feedback of potential candidates between 20 and 28 years of age. The criteria vary each year on the basis of emerging trends.
