Creating the conditions for quickly becoming independent and turning talent, skills and motivation into results: this is the goal of the onboarding process dedicated to ERG's new recruits.

Human Capital and People Manager plan a path aimed at increasing the knowledge of ERG and the tools available through meetings and formal and informal training sessions, to warmly welcome new staff members and give them the chance to quickly find their bearings.

The first day is key: it is the time for sharing the onboarding plan, but above for welcoming them into the company. At ERG we want every new recruit to immediately feel part of a team, learning to get to know each other not only professionally but personally.

Once the first orientation phase has been completed, ERG organises "Induction Seminar" sessions, i.e. days dedicated to values, culture, but also to assets, the overall vision of the processes and the strategy of telling one's story through the voice and experiences of senior staff.
